Job summary

Smoothie King in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by guiding them to smoothies and retail products.

The role supports the General Manager in-store, mentors team members, and ensures a friendly guest experience while handling opening/closing duties and store tasks.

Candidates should have at least one year of restaurant or retail experience, basic Microsoft Office and POS knowledge, strong communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or retail customer service.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent Communication Skills; ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
