Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Restaurant Shift Leader

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and working in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

We are a fast-growing company, opening new locations and concepts each year, which provides ample opportunity for growth.

Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age.
• 1+ year full-service restaurant leadership experience.
• Reliable transportation required.
• An ability to lead and supervise peers. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe Certified preferred.
