Job summary

QuikTrip Corp. seeks an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support store operations, coach clerks on the shift, and reinforce standards. You will work closely with the Store Manager to promote a respectful, inclusive, and customer-focused environment that drives growth and engagement.

In this role you will lead hands-on, train teammates, handle scheduling, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering a welcoming experience for every guest at the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Retail store sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by delivering friendly, helpful service and upholding company standards.
• Mentor peers, resolve conflicts, and model professional behavior to support teamwork.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure daily upkeep and safety.
• Oversee food service and safety as applicable to store operations.
• Ensure merchandising aligns with customer demand and product presentation.
• Assist with shift management and cross-shift coordination to meet demand.
• Support business operations, monitor tasks, and ensure proper reporting and inventory processes.
