QuikTrip Corp. is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support store operations and guide a team toward delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll reinforce standards, promote a respectful, inclusive environment, and coordinate with the Store Manager to train clerks on your shift. You’ll demonstrate strengths in Customer Engagement, Operational Execution, and Teamwork, contributing to a high-performing store culture and consistent, safe, and friendly service for every guest who walks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Own the customer experience by delivering friendly, helpful service and adhering to company standards.
• Employee Support / Teamwork - Mentor peers, resolve conflicts, and promote professional behavior.
• Store Appearance - Maintain clean, welcoming, and organized store environments.
• Food Service and Food Safety - (not applicable to this role)
• Merchandising - Ensure product presentation aligns with demand and brand guidelines.
• Shift Management - Help coordinate shift activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Business Operations - Monitor tasks, report issues, and support inventory processes.
