QuikTrip Corp. is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support store operations and help your team succeed. You will deliver customer service, reinforce standards, and contribute to a welcoming environment for every shopper.

Under the guidance of the Store Manager, you will promote teamwork, uphold policies, train clerks on your shift, and grow with a hands-on leadership approach. This role emphasizes Customer Engagement, Operational Execution, and Teamwork.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers, vendors and employees.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service - Own the customer experience by anticipating needs and representing standards.
• Employee Support / Teamwork - Mentor peers, resolve conflicts constructively, model professional behavior.
• Store Appearance - Maintain a clean, welcoming customer-facing environment and address issues proactively.
• Food Service and Food Safety - Ensure food quality and safety through adherence to standards.
• Merchandising - Present products effectively and align layouts with customer demand.
• Shift Management - Coordinate shift coverage and ensure smooth operations during transitions.
• Business Operations - Monitor task execution, follow reporting and inventory procedures.
