Qualifications

• Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain.

• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations when managers are off duty.
• Guide and support team to uphold food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Handle guest concerns and supplier issues; escalate when needed.
