McAlister’s Deli in Texas is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee front-of-house dining and back-of-house operations. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• One year of Key employee, Shift Supervisor or Hourly management related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Running successful shifts in front-of-house dining and back-of-house kitchen
• Building our business through our core value of genuine hospitality
• Expense supervision for labor, food and product orders
• Interact with guests and ensure their experience is one-of-a-kind
• Complete all other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Assistant/General Manager
