Position Overview

Reports To: Restaurant General Manager
Department: Field Operations
Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader, coaching and training team members to ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure prompt, friendly customer service.
2. Oversee menu product preparation and service according to standards.
3. Assign and supervise team activities.
4. Assist team with quality products, service, and cleanliness.
5. Demonstrate proper procedures and enforce safety policies.
6. Perform opening and closing duties as per checklists.
7. Follow proper procedures for food handling, storage, and rotation.
8. Maintain professional leadership behaviors.
9. Ensure punctuality of team members.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Skills and Requirements

• Complete weekly sales reports, cash, and inventory documentation accurately.
• Manage inventory and payroll entries in POS system.
• Ensure proper POS system closeout.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete Shift Leader certification.
