Toppers Pizza in Madison, WI is seeking Team Members to join a fast-paced restaurant team. You will help with daily duties, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guest satisfaction while collaborating with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs.
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes.
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks.
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposit.
