Job summary

Toppers Pizza is hiring at Indianapolis, IN for Team Members. You’ll be part of a leadership-minded crew that delivers great customer experiences and supports fellow Team Members.

The role offers flexible scheduling, open 7 days a week, with opportunities for advancement through the Manager-in-Training program and pay raises as you grow. Competitive pay up to $15/hr plus benefits when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role and shift needs.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold policies and provide feedback/coaching to Team Members.
• Assist delivery drivers with routes and area knowledge.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a constructive manner.
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks.
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposits.

We are open 7 days a week and our typical opening Team Members start as early as 9:30am and closing Team Members stay as late as 5:00am. Toppers has hours available that will work for you!

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposit

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age
• Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Reliable transportation
• Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience

Preferred Experience

• Food Manager Certification
