Job summary

Toppers Pizza in Oshkosh is seeking Team Members to join a flexible schedule team. You will assist in operations, supervise daily tasks, and help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment for customers and fellow team members.

Ideal candidates have quick service experience, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn. This role offers entry-level opportunities, competitive pay up to $15.50/hour, and growth paths within the Manager-in-Training program.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

• Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposit
