Job summary

Wingstop in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on Shift Leader to drive daily restaurant operations, supervise the team as MOD, and ensure adherence to brand standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

You will coach staff in real time, manage peak and non-peak periods, monitor SOS and ticket times, and deliver a fast, friendly guest experience while upholding food safety and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or shift leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts as MOD.
• Deploy team members effectively across key positions (kitchen and front of house).
• Drive strong execution during peak and non-peak hours.
• Monitor ticket times, order flow, and Speed of Service (SOS) performance.
• Adjust staffing and manage breaks based on business needs.
• Communicate clear goals and expectations to the team each shift.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, prep readiness, and product quality.
