Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services in Reynolds, IN is seeking a Production Operator to support the operation and maintenance of a product line with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will assist with set-up, assembly, machine operation, and daily production tasks to ensure safe, legal, and efficient output.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience (supervisory exposure preferred), basic math, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years related experience; supervisory exposure preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand production machinery.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus; basic math and reading/comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Understands operation of production machinery; assists with set-up, assembly and production tasks; follows safety procedures.
• Assist in training employees on production procedures, safety guidelines, quality controls and company policies.
• Identify potential deadline issues and communicate with the Production Lead; follow preventative maintenance schedules.
• Communicate maintenance concerns and help follow the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Participate in inventory management, quality control, and plant safety activities.
