Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six months to one year in a supervisory role in a production environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with groups of managers and employees; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with setup and assembly of production machinery.
• Train employees on production procedures, safety guidelines, quality control, and company policies.
• Identify potential deadline issues and communicate with the Production Lead.
• Report maintenance concerns and follow the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Help improve efficiencies and reduce costs; participate in safety and quality initiatives.
• Maintain inventory and support quality control and food safety records.
