Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a similar concept.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in running an efficient operation with excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily shift operations and ensure store standards and conditions are maintained.
• Manage shift schedules, time punches, and ensure proper clock in/out.
• Handle cash, banking, and promotions; complete admin tasks promptly.
