Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise timely arrival of staff; address scheduling conflicts.
• Address customer concerns regarding products, services or interactions.
• Assign tasks to ensure a clean workplace including restrooms and public spaces.
• Resolve concerns while following company policy and standards of behavior.
• Train new hires on standards and procedures including customer service and prep procedures.
• Oversee and administer tests to ensure staff understands policy and allergen information.
• Recognize outstanding employees and maintain professional company image.
• Communicate well with guests, associates and vendors.
