Jet's Pizza KY006 is hiring an assistant manager to step in when the manager is away and support daily operations. You will lead a team in a fast-paced setting, manage schedules, take orders, and ensure top-level customer service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and a reliability focus. Pizza experience is a plus; training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Polite, reliable, patient, hard-working and ethical.
• Pizza experience helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Food handler's certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing duties.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Oversee the work of all staff and manage labor.
• Take orders and process payment.
• Assist with training and mentoring new employees.
• Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control procedures.
• Maintain inventory.
