Jet's Pizza is seeking an assistant manager to step in when a manager is unavailable and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will open/close, manage staff schedules, resolve customer issues, and help train new team members while ensuring profitable operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, top-notch customer service, and problem-solving skills. Prior pizza experience is a plus, and a food handler's certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Polite, reliable, patient, hard-working and ethical behavior expected.
• Pizza experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Food handler's certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Opening and closing duties.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Oversee staff and manage labor.
• Take orders and process payment.
• Assist with training and mentoring new employees.
• Assist with profit and loss management by following cash controls.
• Maintain inventory.
