Jet's Pizza in Lexington, KY is seeking an Assistant Manager who can act in the manager's absence and support daily operations. The role emphasizes strong customer service, staff supervision, and efficient scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

You'll help open/close, train new staff, manage labor, process orders and payments, and support cash controls and inventory. Our team values reliability, communication, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Polite, reliable, patient, and ethical.
• Pizza experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Food handler's certification is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills are a must!

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing duties.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Oversee the work of all staff members and manage labor.
• Take orders and process payment.
• Assist with training and mentoring new employees.
• Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control/security procedures.
• Maintain inventory.
