Job summary

Jet's Pizza TX031 is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure top customer service while maintaining cash controls and inventory. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Open to part-time or full-time workers with opportunities for raises and promotions; pizza experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Polite, reliable, patient, hard-working and ethical.
• Pizza experience is a plus (but not required).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Food handler's certification is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills are a must!

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing duties.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Oversee the work of all staff members and manage labor.
• Take orders and process payment; assist with training and mentoring new employees.
• Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control procedures.
• Maintain inventory.
