Job summary

Applebee's in Midwest City, OK is seeking a Shift Leader to help manage daily restaurant operations and support the General and/or Assistant Manager. You’ll lead team members, oversee shift performance, and drive training initiatives while delivering outstanding customer service to every guest.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinate with team members, and help ensure a smooth, friendly dining experience from open to close.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the QSR industry.
• Availability for evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities
