Job summary

Applebee's in Texas is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations and support the General/Assistant Manager. You will supervise team members, coach performance, and ensure excellent customer service during your shift.

The role requires at least 1 year in a QSR environment, familiarity with POS systems, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. ServSafe is preferred; strong communication and leadership skills are essential for a successful shift.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in QSR or fast-casual environment.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong leadership and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate tasks.
• Able to handle physical requirements of a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities
