Job summary

Applebee's in Jenks, OK is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily operations under the General or Assistant Manager. You will support opening and closing procedures, supervise team members, and ensure outstanding guest service during every shift. This role rewards leadership, teamwork, and communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Familiarity with POS system and ServSafe certification preferred.
Availability to work within open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
