Job summary

WhiteWater Express seeks a Shift Leader for a full-time role to drive daily operations, lead the on-shift team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will promote a safe, energetic work environment and guide employees through busy periods with clear direction.

No car wash experience is required as paid training is provided. Growth opportunities exist within a fast-growing company, with biweekly tips and competitive starting pay.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
