• Monitor wash equipment and adjust performance for efficiency.
• Enforce safety training and company policies.
• Provide customers with information on wash packages and memberships.
• Assist customers with membership updates and issue resolution.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
• Identify wash quality issues and communicate improvements to management.
• Complete shift-end reporting and feedback surveys.
