Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash seeks a Shift Leader (Full-time) to drive daily shift operations, mentor staff, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting. Paid training and internal promotion opportunities support career growth.

Starting pay ranges from $15–$17 per hour with biweekly tips; flexible shifts and a team-oriented culture enhance the work experience. Outdoor work increasingly active and customer-facing.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Prior leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and oversee the team.
• Ensure team understands and completes responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and documentation.
• Follow safety policies and store procedures.
• Open and close store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and wash quality.
• Foster a positive, team-focused environment.
