Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hiring for multiple positions in the area. We offer Full Time & Part Time roles with flexible scheduling; shifts begin as early as 6am and end by 3pm, with the possibility of being scheduled tomorrow.

A quick, easy hiring process means you can start soon. Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing smoothies and food to brand standards, prepping with precise measurements, keeping a clean station, and supporting catering orders.

Qualifications

• Previous Shift Leader Experience Required.
• Serv Safe Food Handler or Food Manager Certification preferred but not required.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs.

Responsabilités

• taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system
• making food and smoothies according to brand standards
• prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing
• maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• stocking and clean-up
• Handle last-minute absences and schedule changes
• Train and coach new employees
• Assigning duties to staff during shifts
• Perform food safety temperature checks
• Prepare nightly deposit and complete closing tasks
• Assists team with preparing catering orders

• Is a Morning Person! Has the availability to work various shifts between 6am and 3pm with Weekend Availability.

Job Duties Include:

Salary:

• Starting $15.50 per hour plus hourly tips (Averaging $2.10 per hour extra and increasing!!).
