Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Aurora, IL is hiring for full-time and part-time team members. We offer a quick hiring process, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for promotion while you gain hands-on training and support.

You’ll serve customers, prepare smoothies and food items to brand standards, handle POS orders, and keep the work area clean. Shifts run between 2pm and 10pm with weekend availability; starting wage is $15 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food service preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders with the POS system.
• Prepare food and smoothies per brand standards.
• Prepping and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Stock and clean up at shift end.

Job Duties Include:

• taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system

• making food and smoothies according to brand standards

• prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing

• maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

• stocking and clean-up

Salary:

• Starting $15.00 per hour plus hourly tips (Averaging $2.10 per hour extra and increasing!!)

• Increased Pay with experience and availability.
