Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am)
• Must pass background check as applicable
• Must have or obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training
• State-issued driver’s license preferred/required where applicable

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience
• Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone of the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment
