Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager, motivate the team, and deliver a great guest experience. You will coach staff, take charge of opening and closing with minimal supervision, and ensure food quality and a clean store environment.

Flexibility is valued, with a path to grow into leadership roles within Bagel Brands. The role emphasizes work-life balance, with stores closing by early evening and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity to grow into higher roles within Bagel Brands.
