Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Royal Oak, MI. You will work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team, uphold guest experience, and manage daily store operations with limited supervision. The role offers growth opportunities within our brand.

You must be 18+, have ServSafe, and a valid driver's license. Flexibility for early hours and weekends is required; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable.
• Must have ServSafe Certification before leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and driving qualifications.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep the store environment safe and clean.
