Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will collaborate with the General Manager, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and coach team members while ensuring food quality and a clean, safe environment.

This role supports work-life balance by early scheduling and requires a high school diploma, 18+ age, ServSafe certification, and a valid driver's license where applicable.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
Pass background check as applicable.
ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.
Possession of a valid driver's license preferred or required at locations with driving duties.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and ensure guest experience.
Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
Provide feedback and coach team members.
Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep store safe and clean.
