Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.

You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, supervise crew, ensure food safety and quality, and reinforce a positive atmosphere to help staff grow their careers. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, ability to work varied hours including early mornings, and ServSafe certification before leadership training; driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred.
