Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical engineering background preferred.
• 5+ years supervisory experience, preferably in plastics/high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience supervising 10+ operators per shift.
• Ability to lead safety, quality and cost initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute shift operations with direct/indirect resources.
• Maintain safety, quality, delivery and cost focus across the shift.
• Coordinate maintenance, process, and downstream activities with technical staff.
• Provide timely, accurate handover reports to next shift.
