McDonald’s in Leominster, MA is seeking individuals to join our Manager in Training program. You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, develop leadership and customer service skills, and contribute to daily restaurant operations under the guidance of a franchisee.

Starting wages include Manager In Training at $16/hour and Certified Managers at $17/hour, with opportunities to earn up to $18/hour depending on role and performance, along with flexible hours, free uniforms, and meal benefits.
