Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Louisiana is hiring a Shift Leader to help oversee daily operations across our car wash locations. You’ll mentor teammates, ensure safety, handle incident reporting, and keep equipment and wash processes running smoothly.

This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to work in all weather, evenings and weekends, and a focus on customer service. You’ll collaborate with management to improve quality, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming, efficient customer experience.

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
