Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Leader to assist in managing restaurant shifts under the Restaurant General Manager. The role involves hands-on training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate restaurant behavior to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key duties include maintaining fast, accurate service, enforcing safety, motivating staff, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and marketing plans.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Supervisory experience in Quick Service Restaurant or retail environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and motivate others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to brand standards.
• Basic math and computer literacy are required.
