Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to manage daily restaurant operations and supervise team members.
• Willingness to learn leadership responsibilities within the Wingstop system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant activities including customer service, profitability and quality assurance.
• Direct and train Team Members while supporting goals set by the GM and AGM.
• Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
