Job summary

Wingstop is hiring immediately for Shift Leaders to join their team. The Shift Leader is a Team Member who can manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop and help direct and train Team Members while assisting in goals set by the GM and AGM.

This role is a great starting point for those who want to develop leadership in the Wingstop system, with responsibilities spanning training, supervision, and ensuring procedures are followed to maintain quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership mindset and ability to manage day-to-day operations.
• Experience training crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong customer service and team-motivating skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop team member.
• Train newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards.
• Resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.
• Keep the kitchen and dining room clean during shifts.
• Ensure up-to-date knowledge of product and procedural changes.
