Jersey Mike's Subs in Spokane is seeking a Shift Leader to support management in running the location and delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience. You will coach staff, ensure high quality food, and maintain fast, friendly service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ to operate the slicer, reliable transportation, and a strong sense of urgency. You will follow training, lead by example, and help open/close the store while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

• Be certified in all four restaurant positions.
• Demonstrate effective communication and a sense of urgency.
• Open and close the store; lead by example in food quality and customer interaction.
