Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Shift Leader to run shifts independently under the Restaurant General Manager. You will lead team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety and quality while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency.

You will greet customers, resolve issues quickly, and collaborate with peers and management to deliver fast, friendly service. Candidates must be 18+ with reliable transport and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Able to lift, carry 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, and stay on feet for 90% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute responsibilities for people, customer, and service.
• Ensure that all Team Members complete their tasks for their assigned position(s).
• Ensure that employees are clean and neat in appearance.
• Personally demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority.
• Greet customers with a smile and be polite and pleasant when speaking to customers.
• Work with management and fellow employees to serve customers with a sense of urgency.
• Cooperate with peers and help others when they need a hand.
• Provide regular feedback to the RGM on Team Members’ performance.
• Actively participate in training of Team Members.
• Assist profit and loss management by following cash control procedures and managing labor.
