Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching staff to meet Pizza Hut standards, resolving guest concerns using BLAST, and maintaining a positive, productive workplace while supporting store leadership goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to train team members.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with basic software (MS Office).
• Familiarity with Pizza Hut tools and standards.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store and team during shifts.
• Train team to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut, LLC standards.
• Resolve customer complaints using BLAST and prioritize customer needs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and food orders are correct.
• Enforce health, safety and brand standards on every shift.
• Lead scheduling, forecasting and task delegation with RGM support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant for guests and staff.
