Job summary

Milkcraft is seeking a Shift Leader in West Hartford to help run daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll supervise and support team members, handle opening/closing duties, and uphold food safety standards while maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leadership experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire your team.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first attitude and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support team members during your shift to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment by motivating and guiding your team.
• Handle opening and/or closing duties, including cash handling and inventory checks.
• Assist in ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times.
