Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required.
• Leadership experience preferred.

• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations to meet benchmarks and respond to guest needs.
• Train, coach, and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to the General Manager.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve complaints amicably.
• Ensure opening and closing duties are completed and safety standards are maintained.
• Delegate tasks, supervise performance, and maintain kitchen and service area quality.
