Job summary

Zaxbys in South Carolina is seeking a team leader to help run restaurant operations and deliver great guest experiences. You will lead a team on shift, training new staff and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Part-time: 9–28 hours/week; Full-time: 32–40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of high performance and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff and communicate performance concerns to the GM.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain positive culture and morale through recognition and leadership by example.
• Communicate shift goals and motivate team to meet targets.
• Delegate tasks and supervise performance during shifts.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness meet standards.
• Receive and reconcile deliveries and manage daily inventory counts.
• Monitor food production and quality and take corrective action when needed.
• Plan shift duties and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed.
• Collaborate with management to set goals and report progress.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines; ensure compliance with laws.
