Job summary

Zaxbys in Greenwood, SC, is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee product, process, and people for each shift. You will assign tasks, respond to guest concerns, and ensure benchmarks are met. The role includes leading training, maintaining safety and quality standards, and closing/opening duties.

We’re looking for someone who can mentor staff, manage inventory, and uphold company policies. Benefits include meal discounts, flexible scheduling, early pay access, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: 9–28 hours per week; Full-time: 32–40 hours per week.
• Successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of high-performance and train and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members and report performance concerns to the General Manager.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
• Communicate shift goals and motivate team members to meet goals.
• Delegate tasks and supervise performance during a shift.
• Maintain operational standards and comply with company guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage deliveries, stock, and daily inventory counts.
• Plan shift duties and ensure opening/closing tasks are complete.
