Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee in Jackson, TN is seeking a skilled Shift Leader to supervise daily operations and ensure fast, friendly service. You will help manage shifts, control costs, and maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

You will take ownership of problems, mentor team members, and work with the restaurant general manager to improve performance. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have basic math/ accounting skills.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs and tolerate 80% shift walking. Background checks are run on all management employees.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the RGM.
• Take ownership and solve problems, seeking help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance to team members and maintain coverage during shifts.
