This leadership role prepares you for future management opportunities; candidates should bring at least 1 year in restaurant or leadership, strong communication, and a Food Handler Certification; POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/retail/leadership experience.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility.
• POS system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Support cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift changing responsibilities.
• Communicating restaurant needs and maintenance concerns management.
• Help train and develop new team members.
• Step into any position as needed to support the success of the restaurant.
