Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in daily operations and to direct restaurant activity in the GM’s absence. The role requires leadership, a strong emphasis on guest service, and the ability to drive profitability through effective planning and teamwork.

The Shift Leader will communicate Wingstop’s culture to crew, model a passion for flavor, and be a proactive, reliable team player who helps ensure a great guest experience and brand success.

Formación
