Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to join our Denver-area store. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience, coaching staff, and upholding food quality and a clean environment.

This role includes varied hours, early starts (as early as 3am), and opportunities to rise into leadership, with a focus on developing a positive store culture and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed; set the morale and tone of the team.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision while ensuring food quality and a clean, safe environment.
